Movistar sigue apostando por el talento colombiano de cara a conseguir sus objetivos. A Nairo Quintana, Fernando Gaviria, Einer Rubio y Paula Pati\u00f1o, del equipo femenino, se suma ahora el joven Kevin Castillo, oriundo de Marsella, Risaralda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La escuadra espa\u00f1ola dio a conocer la noticia este viernes 15 de agosto. El pedalista de 24 a\u00f1os se incorpor\u00f3 procedente del Team Sistecredito como refuerzo temporal para la parte final de la temporada 2025, pues estar\u00e1 a prueba y, de lograr buenas presentaciones, su estad\u00eda podr\u00eda prolongarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Castillo ya hab\u00eda hecho parte de la pretemporada del equipo en diciembre en Valencia. \u201cSu llegada responde al inter\u00e9s del equipo por seguir promoviendo el talento joven y brindar oportunidades de desarrollo en el m\u00e1ximo nivel del ciclismo profesional\u201d, inform\u00f3 el equipo espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En declaraciones recogidas por la p\u00e1gina web de la escuadra, Castillo agradeci\u00f3 por la oportunidad y se mostr\u00f3 orgulloso de correr para \u201cel equipo con m\u00e1s historia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recientemente, corri\u00f3 la Vuelta Colombia, en la que termin\u00f3 tercero en las etapas 7 y 8 y cerr\u00f3 la clasificaci\u00f3n general decimotercero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fue campe\u00f3n nacional Sub-23, gan\u00f3 el Cl\u00e1sico RCN 2024, el Tour de Guadalupe 2024 y termin\u00f3 tercero en el Campeonato Nacional 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
